ordered country fried steak with brown gravy,came with white sausage gravy also ordered sirloin steak dinner, neither meal included a bun or a biscuit. A steak dinner isnot much whenall you get is potato with it.

I found a piece of hair in my sandwich

Breakfast prices seemed a bit high. Breakfast specials with discounted price would be great.

I never give the highest rating in any survey because there is always room for improvement in everything.

We called in our order when I went to pick it up my sandwich was sitting and ready to go and the salad had not been made yet. I had to wait for an available waitress to make it. Not impressed with the fresh fruit included with my sandwich, too many orange slices ( which to me is a garnish). I felt our whole meal was too expensive.

I was highly satisfied with my server Susan, she handled herself very well with lottery and was always smiling, very pleasant and a joy to be around. However the portion of tater tots is a big disappointment

i don't recall any specific thing wrong with the restaurant. However I think the Sharis experience could use a little and subtle refresh so is to cater a little more to the younger crowd without disturbing the older regular customers.

This location just seemed to be a little understaffed. The staff they did have were very friendly.
