While the food order itself was correct. Had to ask for a side of ranch that we ordered with the meal, as it wasn't delivered with the food.

Took to long to be seated and the restraunt was not busy at the time. Food was room temp due to setting under heat lamps too long before being brought to the table. I seen it up by the cooks waiting. Waitress was not very attentive.....:-(

nothing exceptional, like I said before. good food, good people etc

I ordered soup/sandwich lunch special ... The ham appeared to have been torn by hand rather than cut neatly with a knife. I wouldn't even do that at home for myself. Not on my worst day.

The food was good that I received but I wasn't highly satisfied with the taste.

When being seated the waitress wanted to separate our party of 6 so that we could be seated in her section. We passed an empty table for six and asked to be seated at that table (so that we could all be seated together). She then seated us at the six-person table.

I came in to meet family members and took a seat in a booth. No one ever came to greet me or bring menus or water. I got back up and went to stand near the door to await my family members and then we took a booth right near the front door to be seen. It still took about 10 minutes for anyone to even see us and bring us menus. My food order was french toast with a side of bacon and the waitress forgot the bacon until I reminded her and nearly done eating.

Our server Danielle was excellent, friendly, attentive and made our visit satisfactory. The food was typical of restaurant food but nothing spectacular. The chicken fried steak was a little dry and pretty bland.

Shari's did a good job but it is very hard to get a highly satisfied rating from me. I reserve that spot for exceptional service.
