Bathrooms needed cleaning! There was not enough wait staff for Sunday with people waiting for tables. Hashbrowns were cold...

My biscuit was so overdone I couldn't cut it with a knife. Everyone else's food was fine. Nikita was very apologetic and responsive in replacing my meal and in fact offered me soup or salad while I waited. She provided excellent service.

The hashbrowns just had a weird flavor and I didn't like the link sausage. However, our server Laurie was amazing.I have not been to this Sharis in years and she remembered me!

Did not appear that anyone was in charge of cleanliness of the dining room or restroom. While the restaurant was not really busy when we arrived, the entry/waiting was unswept and did not give a good first impression. When visiting the restroom, there was no soap dispenser, simply a condiment squirt bottle of soap, a nearly-used-up roll of toilet paper on the floor and the urinal had been used as a spitoon. Did not look like it had been looked at for some time; I reported this to staff. We ate, and more than a half-hour later when we left nothing had been done to the entry: it was still an unswept mess.

Cup provided for green tea order had lipstick marks on rim of cup.

Cinnamon French toast was hard and stale tasting. It was not soft like usual
