It took about 15 minutes to order our food once we were seated and another 20-25 minutes to receive it. Our waiter (Lance) forgot to bring out the salad with our dinner order and actually brought it out after our main meal. He came back towards the end and asked if everything was alright. We let him know that he also forgot the steamed vegetables and butter. Instead of apologizing, he seemed frustrated and went back to get some ordered. Also parts of both of our meals were cold when served. The service was just very bad and SLOW and there were only a few customers dining during our time there.

The restaurant was under staffed, but not that busy. It seemed that only one out of the three people that were on the floor was serving the whole restaurant. I had to wait about ten minutes to be seated, once seated I waited another ten minutes for the server to take my order. I ordered the fish and chips, the fish was overcooked to the point that the batter was very hard and almost burnt. the fries were okay. I would have sent the fish back but I don't want to wait longer to eat. This restaurant has gone down hill, the serve is not as good as it and the food is not good as it used to be either. I will try it one more time but if I get the same type of serve and the quality of the food is not any better I will not return.

I usually love the philly sandwich, which I come for. but this one was lite on veggies and meat was mostly overcooked edges. was not given a knife to cut in half. My friends fruit plate was served on spoiled leaf lettuce and our server said "it is only for garnish" She said "that is how lettuce is this time of year" We both decided that this would be our last visit.

Our waitress, Heather, was great; however, the woman who checked us out was VERY rude. My husband got his free birthday pie, but with my $1 slice of pie, the woman who took our money said the pie was only $1 off, not a slice of pie for $1. She wasn't interested in us telling her she was wrong. When we checked our email from you and did see that my piece of pie cost only $1, we went back in. The lady said she would get the manager. Still she was very, very rude in saying she would get her manager. The manager took a long time getting to the register and also a lot of time figuring out the mistake. We eventually was given $2.99 back.

Our sever took our order then never returned even though we saw him many times and even tried to get his attention, we never got asked if we needed anything, got a glass of water and tried to get a refill but never came back. In fact I wanted pie but he wouldn't even look over , obviously he needs better training, it was not busy our crowded.

I asked the server to sub out my eggs to be egg whites scrambled and I received two over easy eggs. She even repeated back that you do want to egg whites correct, and I said yes. I asked for my sons order to be eggs scrambled and they came out 2 over easy. I also told her I didn't want toast for my sons order and he received toast. To me, the servers job is to double check the order for accuracy before she brings it to the table. Obviously, that was not done. And, for her to bring out toast when I didn't even eat it is lost profits for your business. She poorly executed on all aspects of her job. And, it took at least 5 minutes for me to pay for my bill, that seems pretty unacceptable. I will never go back to this Shari's again. I have one in Aloha/Beaverton that I will go to (near my home) and see if it better lives up to my minimal expectations.

The service was very slow...We were told twice that our order was just coming up...but we had to ask again for our food....we were seated before 2 other tables, yet their order was taken before ours...and the person who took our order (for another server) didn't tell the server what was ordered..and then the food came wrong....this Shari's was not full at the time we visited the store...

The store was not terribly busy. There were two waiters but they seemed to be expecting the other person to take the order. I finally complained loudly about the long wait to obtain our food - about 30 minuites.

could not get attention of the server, the coffee was cold and they started to clean the floors before we were finished eating.

Asked for fruit instead of potatoes, I was served 6 orange slices that looked like the had been served to someone's meal prior to mine, 2 slices of watermelon 1/8" thick and mostly seeds. $9.95 for a Senior breakfast with one poached egg, one biscuit and about a teaspoon of sauce. My wife had Cannolis that were a couple of pancakes rolled up, not even close to Canolis. We have been eating at Sheris for over 30 years and this by far was the worst meal we have ever bought. And I have never complained to anyone ever about a bad meal. Why no real fruit? You can buy cantaloupe, melons and grapes everywhere!
