So at 11 am they were out of english muffins. Also other stores sub pie for pie milkshake...on the trio.Not this one. Also ordered 2 oj..got 1. Also stuffed hashbrowns ..didnt get them. Table was sticky. Syrup..I think. All in all...not a very good experience. Been awhile since we were ther becuz grandkids were out of school..first day back to school..we thought we would treat ourselves..very disappointed.

We were seated by a waitress and given our drinks quickly and was told our server would be with us shortly. I waited for over 10 minutes and finally went to the register and asked if we could order!! None of the servers acted surprised. We were given our coffee free,but I feel there must be a better way for servers to be notified when they someone in their area.

Salad old. Entree not how described in menu. Cheese looked artificial. Missing item from to go order that I took away. Flies in restaurant. Stale odor ir restaurant.

besides it took very long to order and receive the order, I thought ordering the trio, that I was disappointed that the waitress said I had to order a sandwich and not just order a salad and the soup, to get the trio and get a piece of pie. I just wanted the soup and salad and take the pie home to hubby.

The waitress was slow to take our order and seemed miffed when she had to come back to take our order after a few extra minutes. The guests we were with had to wait at least 15 minutes for coffee refills. After placing our orders, it was 25 minutes before we received our food and my order was cold. My water needed refilling and our server was slow to do this. When we were ready to leave, I waited in line at least 5 minutes before any employee acknowledge me. I was seriously considering dashing out without paying. A person in front of me in line, waiting to buy a pie also was completely ignored by staff. After about 7 minutes of waiting to pay, I was finally serviced. My wife and I eat out regularly and this was the worst service we have ever experienced.

My New York steak was to have had a trace of pink so we ordered it medium well. It was a bit grisley as I spit out the first bite, it was overcooked and dry. I took half of it home to my dog. He had no complaints.

This sharis has a tendency to not be consistent in their service and the taste and temperature of the food. I was dissatisfied with my French toast as it was hard and didn't taste fresh it definitely had been made ahead of time and then thrown on the plate. The server did not listen when I was speaking to her and I had to repeat myself several times, I like coming to Sharis because I expect consistency of the taste and freshness of the food I order but lately has not been the case.

If the restaurant was busy I would completely understand why it would take so long to greet me let alone seat me. But it was not busy. And the wait to be greeted and seated was unacceptable. At the end of our visit when I went to pay I had my sharis card in my hand. The young lady apparently didn't see it (i was not going to shove it in her face)and wouldn't give me any points on my card because she didn't see it in time. I'm not sure what that really means.

After enjoying a fine breakfast and very good service, imagine my surprise when my wife said she doesn't want to come to this Shari's anymore. When I asked why, she said the bathrooms were filthy; no one seems to be cleaning them. Just goes to show that just one thing can spoil an otherwise enjoyable meal.
