we were seated, in a nearly empty restaurant, next to 2 totally challenged men, who yelled, groaned all thru the meal. Cold food, server nowhere to be found. Complained to the manager, who just made excuses. The light over our table was filthy. We have eaten at Sharis almost 50 years, this was the worst meal ever. We will not be back.

Rachel, the server was very attentive to cleaning strawberries, had another woman deliver our food, never brought the check, saw her when we went to check out, her comment was, now I'm doing cream. Told the guy who was at the cash register, did you find it, meaning our bill. We ALWAyS leave a tip. Her tip was zero. I wound up being a bit angry and also puzzled at why she was called a waitress. Figured she missed the class learning to serve 101. Too bad, I have. Always enjoys your restaurant, but no more there I gues.

I understand being understaffed, but it was NOT busy. We were seated promptly and with a friendly service, drinks were brought promptly. After that service was delayed. Order was finally taken and submitted. (nothing on our order required any significant cook time) Yet 30 minutes later, no food. We were ready to just cancel and leave when I went up to the counter, waited for someone to talk to noticing part of our order in the window. Finally the waiter arrived and asked to see the manager. The waiter took care of his customers and then meandered into the back to allegedly acquire the manager. Some time later the manager came up front. I explained the situation and pointed out our order in the cooks window still under the lamps and not delivered. She said she would handle it. I went back and briefed my party. When they were about ready to leave the dried out, lamp ruined food was served. To add insult to injury, the manager stood by and watched as we PAID for the offal we were served without ANY apology. As far as I am concerned if this is representative of Shari's employee and food standards you have lost a long time loyal customer. Over 50 dollars for suffering and discomfort.

when waitress finally came to get are order for drinks she brought the coffee to are table there was a big lipstick stain on my granddaughters cup my great grandson water glass was dirty and a bug floating on top my coffee pot looked liked it was never cleaned iwas not sure if i wanted to eat are food not sure if was clean or not my granddauter fries looked liked cooked in different oils the fries looked different did not taste good told her about cup place with another but when told about water glass did not really seem pleased hardly ever came to are table even some other customers were complaining near me i really think someone should do a surprise visit and check this resturant they will loose more customes been there before first time i had this problem will not return to dirty.

We have been going to this Shari's for over 4 years and this is the WORST experience that we ever had. The food was cold, the table had syrup all over it (when I mentioned it to the waitress she said "awesome" and later cleaned the top of the table. We then pointed out that the syrup was on the side of the table and had to have her come back and re-clean the table. I understand why the food was cold... our waiter "TY" several times during our visit was running around with a small child (6-7 year old) on his back. his hands were down near her shoes and I never saw him go wash after handling the child. I have been going to Shari's restaurant's all over Oregon and I have never had this situation occur. I don't plan on going back to this Shari's again, even though it is very convenient to where my mother in law (she is 84) lives.

Our waiter Sarah M was not attentive at all. Apparently there was an order that was not placed and then after reordering with another waiter it was another long wait. Once the waiter brought the burger she did NOT apologize for the mistake. I asked for no special sauce on my burger and it still had sauce and after telling my waiter she didn't apologize for that either. Sarah did not smile or seem friendly.

With only 4 other tables filled, the server took too long to serve. He complained that the company was bought out and new management did not hire enough people. He was doing everything with no help. My daughter's hamburger was raw, the cooked another but it took so long we put it in a to go cdontainer. The bill was not adjust

The team member that helped me was very rude, not helpful, and clearly showed how stressed and annoyed she was at the time. This is very unusual for this Shari's location. I've never had a issue before. The woman that ended up checking me out (took my money) was very nice. It looked like she was off the clock, or about ready to go home, but stepped in to help, because it was so busy and the woman who initially took my order was clearly overwhelmed.

I had ordered a soup and the waitress forgot about it. She did not check on us periodically and she threw away a dish I was not finished with, to take it home.
