Shari's

This Shari's never has fresh coffee and the people are horrible there especially graveyard

The steak was undercooked and the portion sizes were small. The overall price of what we received was too high. There were flies buzzing nearby the door in the lobby. The ounce on the sirloin steak at 14.69 at 6oz which appearrs closer to 4 oz compared to a 6oz portion. Between the late meal and the undercooked steak and the small portions for both the salmon and the steak and shrimp scampi add on of 7 shrimps which were all smalll. The experience was very underwhelming.

We placed our order when we ordered drinks and then waited for 45 min. to then ask where our food was and was told He didn't know and we informed him that we had a show to go to and we needed our food so we could get there. 15 min. later the food was brought out to us, No expectation as to why so long and nothing was offered to off set. I had to ask for our bill so we could get going. We have eaten at Shari's in the past and never had this kind of treatment. This makes me think that I do not want to go there again...

The fact that I had to drive all the way back to the location to return they pie and all I got was "I am sorry". I did get to pick a different type of pie but that still doesn't remedy the fact that I had to drive back to the restaurant to return it. I just feel that I should have been comped a pie.

I was extremely upset that there was butter on my fruit when it came out to me. If I had put it I. My mouth without noticing it it would have put me in the hospital. Your fruit bowl is only thing I can eat there and if I have to always watch for butter on it I might have to quit eating at Shari's. Though have the 3 I've been to this is only one I've had this issue with so far. The waitress was wonderful about correcting the issue. She probably has to deal with to many of us cranky upset people and she was friendly and nice the whole time.

waited 40 minutes to be served after ordering with few customers present...manager stated "issues in kitchen"...hotcakes were extremely small and tasteless...charged almost $8.00 for cold hotcakes.....waiter was efficient and apologetic...have had issues with this same Sharis but not reported. I do not want your free food as I will never return to your restaurants.

Not only did my wife have at least two hairs mixed in her food. When we finally got tired of waiting for our check we (four of us ) got up and went to the till to pay. The manager said he took the contaminated food off our bill. How bout "we're really sorry that this happened and we will work to fix this so it doesn't happen again....??? No apologies no nothing. There are just too many restraunts around to put of with this again. Bye

Second visit to this location in two weeks. First visit we were charged 9.00 for a plain grilled cheese. Second visit order was wrong, waited for 30 minutes for food, then forgot drink refill. This was going to be our every other friday dinner spot. Love sharis, but the staff here is poor. Dirty look when i only tipped 10% womens bathroom had dirty diapers on floor, tampon recepticle overflowing. No water, got disposable drink containers because apparently the rest were dirty? Come on.....

Well we had to wait forever for our salads & ended up getting the rest of our meal about 2 minutes after we finely got our salads.Then we had to wait forever for a refill on our iced tea then then waiter put mine right in front of my 2 year old Grandson which quickly grabbed it & dumped it all over himself.I told the waiter that you NEVER sit anything like that in front of a baby.Then when we went to pay our bill I told the girl at the register that was the worst experience we had ever had there.She looked up at me & gave me a dirty look,instead of saying I am so sorry.We have been going to Shari's for a very long time .Hope things improve before we try going back,if we do.
