Shari's

Our waitress Nikkita, only came to our table 2 times in the whole time we were there after placing our order. She also didn't bring us water or silverware for the 2 people at the table who didn't have any. She also then came and got us a to go container and then 20 minutes later she came back to ask if we would like to talk to a manager. At that point I said yes talked to the manager who seemed very detached and didn't seem to care that we waited 20 minutes after getting a to go container for a check, and that her employee was to busy walking around and talking to other staff to care about her customers needs.

I took my son to Shari’s in Gladstone this evening. I am not one for complaining but I find myself compelled to say something. The staff was courteous, friendly and prompt. My server (Nikkita) got a good tip even though I was dissatisfied with my entire meal. I ordered the Beef Stroganoff special, which I ate about 10% of before deciding I couldn’t stomach any more. The server did ask if I liked it and I said I did not and she seemed surprised. This had to be one of the worst meals I have been served.

They forgot food for our order an when my husband had asked if they could please dump the ice out of his drink the team member then became VERY rude an had a attitude the rest if the time he was their an considering that it was to go says a lot. Also their was not very many fry's that came with his burger

Took about 5 minutes to be seated, server never refilled drinks, forgot to bring my wife's drink. The server came by the table next to ours refilled their drinks and not ours went to the tables around ours 3 times checked their drinks it was like our table was invisible . the manager finely brought out the food and we asked the manager for silverware and a drink for my wife the server eventually brought it out. the server never brought the check to the table I went to the counter got the check paid and talked to the manager about the service.

The server Nikkita would not even bring me a glass of water with my meal. She was more interested in telling me that she would get to it when she wanted too. She was very mean and unpleasant to both my wife and I and certainly this explains why there was no one in the store. Asked to speak to Ruth Pedrosa the manager and was told I could not. The entire experience was horrible and we will never go to a Sharis again and we had been going to Sharis around the state of Oregon for years. Nikkita costs your company a lot by her unacceptable behavior and the manager condones it!
