My waitress was amazing. This was my first time to Shari's, and she made an awesome recommendation, and help me navigate the menu.

Very low attrition among staff at this location and the long term staff all seem genuinely happy to be there. Customer service is always superb. Even when busy, the staff are sure to communicate with patrons often and keep traffic flowing smoothly and effectively through the tables. Food is thoroughly cooked to order, served warm and tasty. Assigned wait staff visit often and with perfect timing.

we quit the Union street (Tacoma) Sharis shortly after the remodel, because we didn't like the level of music, and cafeteria light level atmosphere. we tried it again 3-4 months later, and found things had changed to a more pleasant atmosphere, and have been returning 2-3 times a week since. there are some really excellent staff there, very pleasant, friendly and who remember our regular orders. I would especially like to commend Rosie, who is always smiling, helpful, and very interested in providing excellent service. also great is Mary. We are often there on Fridays, and frequently Wed. we are reasonably frequent breakfast customers also. We find the food and staff highly recommend-able. Again I hope you give Rosie positive strokes for being an outstanding employee.

We visit Sharis twice a week at least and We love the service and our regular servers, Mary, Reagan, Sarah, and Rita. The food is always good and the service quick and friendly.
