Rodney was our first server with a shift transition to Rita. Both gave excellent customer service & enjoyed their service. Well trained & very attentive to customer needs.

My 92 year old grandmother loves it when I take her to Shari's for lunch. She likes the pie and she says Shari's has good coffee. Our server (her name tag said The Trish and she said she also goes by Myrtle) was kind and remembered my grandmother on this visit. If grandma is happy then I am happy.
