Very good service

I really appreciate seeing the waitress who served me. She also seated me at a window seat and gave prompt service. She had an attractive hair cut and is always neat and pleasant. I don't remember her name, but she is experienced and seems to be a leader with a pleasant, efficient attitude and has been at this Shari's on Union Avenue in Tacoma quite a long time. I recently lost my husband and now eat alone. It isn't always pleasant and some restaurants still seat single women in out of the way places or noisy locations. With the remodel, it is quiet, attractive, and I like the new landscaping. Free pie on Wednesdays is great.

We always get high satisfaction of service and relationship with each staff member. We appreciate their exceptional help and attitude... the best! We appreciate them all! Thank you!

Nice newly remodeled restaurant....clean and open feeling. Liked the new menu options. Ordered the Cuban sandwich and clam chowder......both were excellent.

Great remodel and excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Remodeling of the premises worked out very well: Restaurant seems lighter and more cheerful, colors bright, but soothing; surfaces clean and hopefully lasting; padded seats of chairs definitely an improvement; new layout of restaurant nicer ---> cleaning station moved from the middle of the restaurant to the end, much better! This time I tried the coffee again and liked the taste; had avoided it lately because of the burned, bitter, kind of old taste. The food came at the right temperature, but cooled down quickly ---> all ceiling fans were turned on. Room temperature could have been a bit warmer to feel really comfortable.
