our waitress,sara,was very friendly and called us by name and knew what we usually ordered. she had the coffee on the table and hot for us in a very short time.

The new remodel on Union Ave. is nice!

Reagan always provides great service

I have not been to Sharis for years because of poor food choices, no cleanliness, bad service and decor. My sister and I had to eat before her doctor apt. Reluctantly we chose Sharis, there were no other places to eat. To our surprise the place was clean with and new bright and cheery decor. The waitress assisted us with the menu and was able to accommodate my sister's dietary needs. My sister had steak and steamed vegetables and I had the fish and chips. Delicious! Cooked perfectly! The only problem was our server forgot to refill our water and we had request the bill several times. I will step in again.

We told our server Anne that we were in a hurry. She got us taken care of right away and I really appreciate that.

Absolutely incredible service from the moment we walked in the door. Each staff member was kind, friendly, and very obviously hard working! The second a table got up, another server was behind them busing the table. Food was perfection. Never thought of Shari's for seafood before but I can't wait to go back again. Fish, shrimp & chips with salmon chowder, beyond delicious. The highlight of it all was definitely our server Myrtle. Dang she was quick! We didn't wait for a thing, food came out piping hot, she was the perfect kind of server. Very personable but not hovering, replaced drinks without having to ask or flag someone down, checked in regularly, answered all our questions, & was overall just a joy to be served by. When the manager came over (at our request) to share our great experience, she too was very gracious, warm & supportive of our comments. The new remodel looks wonderful. All in all we were highly surprised and grateful in the best way possible. The atmosphere, food, and especially the staff will definitely bring us back soon! Each staff member was great but Myrtle definitely stole the show! Well done Sharis! We were very impressed and can't wait to go back. :)

This Shari's had been recently remodeled inside, and it is a change for the better. The restaurant is more open and airy feeling.
