The remodel that was done, makes the waitstaff work harder and the dinning area is much louder. Sound just bounces off the walls and floor. It makes eating difficult. The workers have to work harder to take your order, bring you meals, clean and set up tables.

Service was great but I felt like I needed a blanket because it was so cold. Everything else was great!

I placed online Family Feast meal for pick up. As I waited in pick up counter. An Associate (waitress) kept interrupting both the hostess & myself. The restaurant was super busy. Yet this Associate (waitress) kept running into everyone's lane. She asked twice what I needed, then do a pick up. I reported this to MGR. I felt that this was a know it all Associate (waitress) who acted as she was the only working.

I like this Shari's and the staff, it just gets busy and it takes a while to get seated and served. Most people come on lunch breaks and only have an hour. This is a good restaurant.

Disappointed with the flavor of the quiche, I had better before, even though the waitress brought another one because the 1st one wasn't too fresh, I didn't like the flavor ingredients were missing, the rest of the food and my brothers food was excellent!

You have changed you menue and the food that I like are gone......... now I have to find some other place that makes the food that I like at Shari's........... also yur pices have gone up to much for what you have to pick from.

I am not happy with the changes in the Senior Menu. I like to have a salad... the only salad on the senior menu is totally different from what I would like. If I do order I have to ask them to leave off the blue cheese, etc... formerly there was another salad available.

I was issued a new Café Club card but did not receive the points that the staff member said would appear on my account.
