There were a number of us standing there at the door waiting to be seated or rang out and it took awhile for anyone to come over. there was a waitress who was giving all of her attention to one customer that was not even seated at a table and the rest of us were just standing there. No one even acknowledged us. Part of my breakfast did not come out with the rest because the cook had forgotten my stuffed hash browns. They were delicious when they finally did come out.

Asked for a slices of lemon, it came when I'm almost done with my meal.

Apple pie was not a generous portion. Pie had much added thickeners to it! Did not taste like a homemade pie.

Took too long to receive initial order and dessert

The waitress knew her job well. But was not friendly in the least.

The chef is impatient and doesn't take care of accurate or what he is cooking and his presentation of his food can be described as disgraceful

Shari's seating many times is situated so that there is a very cold draft blowing on the customers. We've sometimes changed booths but we usually end up in another seating just as cold. We are frequent customers and enjoy the food but it's just too cold to be a pleasant experience.

We were seated and waited for about 5 minutes or more before anyone said anything to us about coming to serve us. We were greeted rather hastily and didn't get a very helpful feeling from our waitperson. Later, she was very friendly and helpful...

Store was so busy at 9pm, not enough servers. Mgr. should step up and help! She did get the paper towels re-filled and came to tell me, but another lady complained to her and I only told a young, new server who wasn't taking orders, but was more of a bus girl. I feel people who serve need to be more attentive. Anne was excellent, but spread too thinly! That is nuts! Don't break good servers by burning them out!

The server was friendly, however slow to respond, did not order what I asked for. The food was excellent and I took the order as served. I waited too long to be seated, the store was only 1/2 full with what looked like a full crew, I then waited too long to place my order, and it was served after too long a delay. The food was hot and very good. Everything was very pleasant and friendly, and SLOW. I've eaten there a number of times with much better service. I enjoy the restaurant and will obviously return. Just in passing, I liked the old decor and seating better. No big deal.
