Ordered Fish & Chips. The oil they were cooked in was apparently to hot as the fries were very brown about the color of your sign. the Fish was also dark and very crunchy in places similar to a very crunchy potatoe chip.

The place was very cool when we first arrived. Then half way through the meal the place got warmer. But, at all times the rest rooms were very warm.

The food was warm....not hot, which was disappointing, but didn't have enough time to send it back and wait for it to be remade.

When I arrived, server (Eric?) informed me he was the only one on duty and it was a busy, late night; I wasn't ready to place my order at that moment. I was ready shortly thereafter and heard him tell another table "he was going outside for a couple minutes for a break" but he didn't come to take my order before he did. I was feeling abandoned and wondering when I would get to order when Kathy intervened, took my order, and took very good care of me during the rest of my visit. I was highly satisfied with her treatment of me.

took to long to be seated 50minutes..food cold...waitress in to big of a hurry took 20 min in line to pay

The Pot Roast was slightly tough. Very acceptable however not up to the standard you have set on previous times I ordered the same entree.

We stood for some time to be seated then our hostess just pointed to a booth where there were also tables. It wasn't that busy but the cashier was spending a lot of time with two older women talking. The Waiteress (Patricia) was very busy and tried her best. It was a slow time (2:00 in the afternoon) and there was a lot of help but they seem to help the regulars. We were out of neighborhood but this does bother me.
