Angel is an outstanding server. She takes incredible care of your patrons. If all of your servers were like her, you would have all of the best servers in the business. This evaluation is from a previous restaurant owner.

I love your home style food! It’s also nice to know that you have breakfast 24/7! I love your berry pies, but wish you would carry Key Lime pie all year too! You are my favorite 24 hour restaurant to go to anytime.

Adriana, who was stationed at the register and also served as my waitperson, greeted me cheerfully as soon as I entered and showed me to a seat. She immediately asked if I would like a beverage and quickly brought it to me. She left me alone to study the menu and noticed immediately when I had finished and came over to take my order. She knew what came with my order and entered my selection accurately. When she brought out my food, she checked to make sure that I still had enough coffee. After I had sampled all three items on my plate, she asked if my food was satisfactory. When she wasn't interacting directly with me, she was attentive to others who came into the restaurant or who approached the register to pay. In between customers, she kept busy putting menus in order and doing other behind-the-desk tasks. Throughout the time I was there, Adriana was cheerful, polite, and attentive to what was happening around her. If I were hiring, I'd probably try to steal her from you. :)
