Alexis- was very knowlagable , and had great customer service !!!

Our waitress, Denise, was awesome.

Had sirloin steak - cooked exactly how I ordered it and was surprisingly tender.

The food was the right temperature and delicious. Everything was clean. Everyone was friendly.

I must say that server, Jessica, is truly a diamond quality person. She has "it". My wife and I eat out often, usually in the Reno area and enjoyed eating at this Shari's during our vacation. We know very well when a server is deficient in any way. Jessica is definitely not in this category. She is the complete attentive server who is an expert in her job. ORDERED COD AND SHRIMP DINNER. COD CRISPY OUTSIDE PERFECT INSIDE. SHRIMP NO TAIL SHELLS ON THEM YES. STEAMED VEGETABLES PERFECT NOT MUSHY. LOADED TATERS WERE THE BEST. OREGON MARION BERRY PIE TOPPED ME OFF. WAITRESS WAS THE STAR. BIG RAISE HER AND THIS COOK

Atmosphere, Friendliness, Service

Our favorite server, Jerika, is back from maternity leave!!! While she was gone, everything was done very well. She just has such knowledge, memory, and presentation that she takes it over the top.
