Best service in Twin Falls. Haley knows how to have fun and be professional. You can't teach people skills. You've either got it or you don't. Thanks for making our date night enjoyable and easy going Haley. P.S. I told you we'd fill out the survey. (I think Haley totally doubted us). :) Oh and next time, do us men a solid and let us big guys know when we've got awesome sauce all over the front of our shirts. I think I wore that sandwich more than I ate it...but oh so good was the food!

The wait time was none. All the service was "spot on"; the substitution option was very satisfying; the meal was served prompt and delicious, as it has been each time that we have eaten here. That is why it's our first choice in dining out!

Everyone was very polite and on the ball

Excellent staff. Very friendly and competent. Steel cut oats a favorite. Both it and the coffee were nice and hot. Delicious coffee. Pecans were advertised with oats, but granola served instead. I would prefer plain walnuts (not candied) or pecans served with the oats. Love the take home pies and the frozen jam. I request a less sweet jam.

The food is varied and works for everyone in the party. The service is usually outstanding. Decaf coffee that is hot is a problem except at breakfast. Shari's is our favorite restaurant.
