The friendliness and efficiency of staff is, and was, of utmost importance to my wife and I when dining out. At Shari's, we have yet to be disappointed. Special appreciation must be paid to our server (#352981 Jennifer) who went above and beyond our expectations. Upon her first contact she made us feel welcome and "at home." Her friendliness and competence remained constant throughout our visit. Enough cannot be said as to effectiveness of her representation of your organization. JENNIFER IS FANTASTIC!!!! This is not meant to distract from the service provided by all staff present . . . they were all great but Jennifer was simply outstanding.

Jennifer is a wonderful waitress. She answered all my questions with no hesitation. The food was amazing and it came very fast. We will be back again.
