Shari's

Jerika was attentive. She made us feel like we were the only ones there, even though she was very busy. My eggs were prepared exactly the way I like them (over easy and a half).

Jessica was very friendly and helpful.

It's been awhile since we've eaten there, and it was pleasant, friendly, and awesome.

The food was delicious and our server Denise was awesome and totally on top of things. I am also a server so I know how I want to be treated.

You have a nice food selection, and the prices are great. We come to Idaho every other month or so, and we ALWAYS eat here upon our arrival. Your employee's are so nice. Our waitress yesterday was Denise. She is FANTASTIC!! While we were talking, she said it was her day off but did not mind because she really loves her job and the customers. This is a reflection on you as a company which says a lot. When I ordered my pie, Denise accidentally brought me a slice of another flavor. When I told her, she immediately apologized and said she would get me the one I wanted. I told her it was not a problem because the chocolate pie she brought me was actually just as good. Denise gave me a slice of the one I had wanted to take home. I told her it was not a problem, but she insisted. NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Pleases commend Denise on a job well done. She is truly an asset to your company.

I was highly satisfied because I had a very nice server named Carrie. She was very nice and helped me a lot. She also knew the menu and was very attentive to my order and clearly knew what she was doing.

The food was excellent, as usual, and promptly served. I like the coziness of the booths. Having a 24 hour restaurant made it relaxing, and not hurried, since I arrived after 10 PM. The staff was very friendly and my waitress was attentive. I enjoyed the Shari's in Bend OR also when I lived there recently, and missed having one in Morgan Hill, CA where I lived previously before moving back here. I had lived here in the 1980s & 1990s, and Shari's became one of my favorite restaurants. I like that breakfast is served all day. It helped accommodate my grandkids when they visited me. Enough variety on the menu to meet everyone's taste.

Denise, our server, was just lovely. She was so attentive and so prompt. We felt like she was interested in us as people rather than just customers -- asked where we were from, visited about the location, etc. Nice.
