Our favorite waitress, Patty works there and is Awesome!!!!!😄

It was very clean and the food was great. The manager was our waitress. She was very nice and very paitent with our kiddos.

My husband and I stopped in to dine, and even though Shannon (our server) was the only one on duty, she was wonderful! She seemed very intelligent, capable, humorous, and detail oriented. I was especially impressed when our food arrived, she had asked the cook to split up our Asiago chicken meal as we had told her we were sharing. We'll be back just because of her!!!

They workers there are Friendly and welcoming. I just wanted to have coffee and be with a friend. The manager T.T. came to check on us and made sure we were doing okay. Shelly was our server and she was great.

Everything about it was amazing. Julia was my server and she was simply perfection. I have been a frequent Shari's customer my entire adult life and the only time I have ever received better service was a few years ago when a guy named Brick waited on me. He was so perfect, friendly, efficient, and I could not keep my eyes off of his rugged good looks and chiseled muscles. But Julia is right there, toe to toe, with his perfection and awesomeness. Thank you Julia and thank you Shari's!

I LOVE omelettes! You changed how they are cooked. You went from a fluffy omellete to a crepe batter form. They were too thin. I come to Sharis as a regular for the Spring Omelette. Our waitress said she couldn't do anything about how they are now cooked and other customers have complained. I thought originally that there was a new cook....but when I ordered again another day....I was told this is how they make them. I will NOW go to 'Biscuit's Cafe'!! I was told to fill out a survey since they will listen to customer feedback and not the workers at Shari's. As a company...you should really ask for employee feedback!!

Awesome food and great service from our server chandler. Loved his demeanor and kickass manincure!

The service was very good. Sandra was doing very well. All of the servers were very good and the cook did a great job on our sandwich. We have been going to this Sharis for many years.
