The host Fatima was very friendly.

I feel welcome there and likes the smiles on your staffs faces

The wait person was alone for the crowd of persons so service was slow. Wait person forgot she had not given use the bill when the food had been delivered.

We used a coupon for a specific offered dinner; the server took three trips to the cash register to verify that the offer existed. Please don't send coupons to my home only to find that when presented at the restaurant the server isn't sure that the meal offered is available, nor that it take long minutes to verify the coupon offer. Thanks.

The food was cold. The waitress was by herself and could not check back on us.

Tater tots were overcooked. Flatbread was missing from the salad. No other problems.

Your pancakes were terrible. I forced myself to eat half of one before I just couldn't take it anymore. I got the server's attention and replaced them with some French Toast, which was better. Shari's has nasty pancakes is all I can tell my friends.

During this visit to Sharis' I ordered an egg and sausage breakfast with pancakes. The eggs and sausage were just fine, but the pancakes were very tough and very tasteless. The waitress asked how everything was and I told her about the pancakes, which I only ate a small portion. She offered something else which I did not accept. She then brought me a card for a free slice of pie. She was definitely concerned that I was satisfied as I left. She should be commended for her willingness to make sure I was satisfied.

As i mentioned before. I was told they were out of crackers when the soup was brought. So, I asked what the substitute might be and I was told I could order something else. I did order an English Muffin but would have been satisfied with most anything. I was charged for the Muffin, so i left a smaller tip. Also, I was not happy with the cleanliness of the men's bathroom.

The salad that I ordered was not completely fresh . This has happened before, but I have also had completely fresh looking and tasting salad. The staff should be more aware of this I think, they are the ones that have control, if not they should. Thank you
