It was fine but nothing exceptional. The food seemed rather bland compared to previous experiences.

Music selection and volumn

We had the 2 for $20 dinners. Husband was satisfied with his chicken fried steak. I did not like the chicken mozzarella bruschetta. The chicken was bland and the flat bread was really soggy after a few minutes with the chicken on top. I would not order it again. We eat at Shari's at least once a week if not more . The menu selections have become very tired.

We were very satisfied with the cafe,foods,waitresses and just plain happy to go to this same place each Friday morning. it is also convenient to meet with several others to make plans.

After eating, we wanted to buy a Peach Perfection pie, which is the special this month. We were told that they were not defrosted and baked. Previously, we were at another Shari's where we tried to buy the Peach pie and we were told the same thing. So it appears that you offer the pie at a special price, then conveniently don't have any defrosted and baked, even though the advertising clearly shows that the pie is baked and ready to take home and serve. The first time, the restaurant told me I could take it home and bake it, but we were in short-term lodging and have no oven. If you offer a special, why don't you have these ready to go? If you don't want to sell the pie for that price, then don't advertise it. This is not acceptable and if it continues, you could easily lose our business.

No problems. Pancakes are always tough. Patty always greets me by name!

I just wish I had received the appetizer before my entree and I never got a coffee check/refill
