Shari's

I felt that the side salad was not fresh (leaves partially wilted) and there was only one tomato. I've had better salads at Sharis.

The meal was good I have no complaints and I will return. It was not a special or expensive meal so there was nothing to be highly satisfied about.

We were satisfied and everything went well. We like eating at Shari's.

When I order coffee, I wish the server would not deliver it with a full cup. Your cups are too big and not insulated. The coffee gets cold, and refilling from the insulated pot only makes cold coffee luke warm. Please either downsize your coffee cups, or train the servers not to fill them full when delivering to the table. It is important to coffee drinkers that the coffee be and STAY hot.

I would prefer that the server not fill my coffee cup when delivering the coffee. The cup is always filled, and it gets cold before I can drink it all. I would much prefer to pour it at a pace that I will drink it, and that way it stays hot in the insulated pot until I am ready.

It was my fault. I ordered the wrong meal. I didn't care for my choice. I will order the right one next time. The restaurant and staff did a great job.

When we arrived, the waitress closest to the lobby chatted with the customers for a long time without seating us. It took a long five minutes to get the attention of another waitress. Please clean up the place from top to bottom as it is so filthy everywhere. Maybe a cleaning service would be helpful.

music selection and too loud

Limited menu options in the menu. We lost our favorite dishes during the menu upgrades this year.

When my plate was delivered, my ham & cheddar scramble had the shredded cheese sitting on top and it was not melted because my eggs were cold.
