The last few times when I checked out, the servers told me that I had earned a free Pie Shake. So this time I ordered a Pie Shake for $5.99 as part of my order so I could use the Free Pie Shake that I had earned on my member card. When I went to check out, I am told "Sorry, I don't see a Pie Shake on your card. It must have expired". So I had to pay for it. I was not happy. Nobody told me that it would expire! I think that is bad customer service. I earned it, so I think it should stay on my card until I use it!

I marked that inaccurately was satisfied with everything...except wow..prices gone way up on shakes and I do not like pie shakes....would like the oreo back

When I first talked with the wait staff I spoke of and showed a previous receipt with the code that allowed me to purchase an item for free. It wasn't until I got home and checked my receipt that I found they had charged me for the "free" item. I had to make a special trip back to Shari's to get this straightened out and even then the manager gave me attitude about refunding the price of the "free" item.
