I had a container of leftovers which I left behind at the cash register. I returned later that day and they had discarded them. I don't know why they would not have just put it in the cooler until the end of the day. But, it was New Year's day and it was really busy.

My husband ordered the prime rib large and it was really a bad cut...tough, Grissel end piece, not the usual one he gets there. He's had it about 30 times here and never got this bad of a piece. He did eat it and wasn't going to complain so I did for him. They tried to make it right and gave him a slice of pie.

Asked to sit in warmer area as there was no one else sitted where she originally seated me. Then it took a while to take my order.

I ordered a burger rare. I did this deliberately, because they always over cook my meat. It came out medium. No pink at all. My server, Toni, took it back to show the cook. I was given a free piece of pie. The flavor was very good on the burger. The pie, strawberry cream cheese, was the best pie I ever had at Shari'l, and I believe I've had most of them. Our server, Toni, 337761, was excellent. She checked back often, resolved the issue with the burger, and always does a great job. I wish all the Shari's servers were like her.

Did not appear to be staffed for the volume of business. Long wait times to be seated, food ordered, food delivery.

toast burnt, had to asked for check, did not get drink refills until we asked for the check. The we were seated by the acting manager, who also took our order. The waitress brought our food and did not return till we ask the cashier to get our check. The place was NOT busy, but we did hear our waitress say to the cashier that she was off and needed to leave. We have eaten at that restaurant, not the closest one to our home, many times. We go to that location because of the NORMALLY GOOD SERVICE. No tip was left.

For the price, the food needs to arrive hot. Also the facility looks dated and the entry had an unusual smell.

Strawberry lemonade was strawberry mush (on the refill). Refill of cranberry lemonade (other person's order) was strawberry mush lemonade. Order of NO CHEESE -- due to LACTOSE INTOLERANCY -- contained CHEESE the first time. When remade, almost everything was BURNT. Waitress said she'd take drinks off the bill...and forgot to talk to the manager about it. We had to go to the cashier to receive our bill. Bill charged for the meals, drinks, and EXTRA BURGER (from when they had to remake it). After extra burger was removed, the drinks were still being charged (even though the waitress said they'd be comped). Manager talked to us as if she was doing us a huge favor by doing what the waitress said (aka: the manager's attitude could have been better). I'm sure they all have their reasons for poor customer service. We have been to 5 Shari's locations within the past 2 years. Perhaps it's just us. Perhaps eating at Shari's is not for us. Or, just the Beaverton area locations are not for us. The ones in Tualatin and in King City seem fine.
