The shake machine was down. Salad was bland. Grilled cheese was undercooked.

1) men's bathroom was dirty and smelled bad. 2) Restaurant was out of Chardonnay wine again. This occurs often at this unit. Manager says they (?) are not allowed to order enough. This is makes no sense since the wine keeps in the bottle for over a year. There is no excuse for ever running out of wine. From now on I will ask if they are out of wine and if so will go somewhere else to eat.

I guess the only thing that was lacking was there was not much of a menu/choices

The waitress was very friendly but I was dining alone and she kept her focus on the tables that had two or more people. I even noticed another person dining alone and she was friendly but did not follow through with him either.

My omlet was very overcooked. It was very brown on the bottom and tough to eat. I'm surprised the cook would allow this to be served. The waitress was very good about it. She removed the price from our bill and also gave our grandson a complimentary piece of pie. We were satisfied with the way it was handled.

Well, The main reason is that an order got lost between the Server and the kitchen. Leaving one member of a group of 6 without a meal. The Managers resolution was free pie for the table.

It appeared that the to go orders take over above the customers in the restaurant! Maybe if you always have a lot of to go orders you might want to think about staff designated to that task only!!

Pancakes were under cooked very thick and stuck to the roof of my mouth. Your applewood bacon has no flavor and taste like burnt wood

Tonight my friend ordered a breakfast plate and asked for the bacon to be served on a separate plate because he is a vegetarian. When the food was brought to us, the bacon was placed directly on top of his house Browns (his favorite part). I asked if he could have them replaced as he doesn’t eat meat and already asked to have them served on a separate plate. Our server, Kris, was very kind and apologized for forgetting about playing the meat separately and left us to order new hash brown. My friend slid his bacon soaked hash browns on to my plate so he could eat eat his pancakes. Then the manager, Julia, came to our table and asked why we wanted new hash browns. We explained that he was a vegetarian and asked to have them on a separate plate. Julia said something strange along the lines of “We’re not in the habit of doing this but I’m going against the man here”. She left our table and while still within earshot I overheard her talking to Kris and accusing me of abusing the system to get “free meat”. We will not be returning after this awkward exchange. We want to be sure that Kris gets no blame for this because she was quite nice, and it was Julia who was unprofessional and rude.
