It took at least 45 minutes to get food for 3 people. When I asked the server responded in a condescending time that it was coming. It then you at least 10 more minutes.

By the pictures, I should have seen 3 slices of ham. Instead I saw what appeared to be the waste ham trimming pieces from a ham bone. one chunk and lots of thin small pieces, too thin to spear with a fork. The rest of the ham plate was fine. They should have told me that the ham plate was not available.

We've been to this location few times, and Mary has been a nice and kind server. Today, we came in with outside drinks(there was no sign shows Outside Drinks not allowed), and there was a lady at the cash register, she was giving us a bad look and did not greet us, this makes me feel unwelcome and offensive. Then, it took quite a long time to get our order, and I saw our order was sitting at the counter, the worker in the kitchen was looking at his cell phone, and the rest of waiters were chatting and laughing in the dinning room (maybe they have finished the shift). Finally, my husband needs to find someone to get the bill, because Mary was on her break(she did let us know ahead of time), but no one was checking with us or anything during her break, so unprofessional. Overall, today's experience was not usual, we never felt this way on our previous visits.

I ordered the prime rib, medium. Prime rib is not supposed to be put on a grill. It was grilled (had grill marks), was salty, way overdone, AND COLD. My potato was cold too. The butter on my baked potato wouldn't even melt. Generally a nasty meal.

I was given the seasonal hazelnut pie when I ordered the seasonal mochachino pie. When I brought it to their attention, I was assured that the mochachino was made with nuts by more than one person. When I went to checkout they could not take off my $5 reward even though it was valid. The server was new and tried to be helpful through the whole thing, even after clocking out. She tried to tell them it was the wrong pie. We were ignored by everyone on staff after she clocked out. The cashier was rude and did not want to try and help the situation at all. Again, the server tried to help with this even though she was clocked out.

We found this restaurant to be VERY dirty. The carpet was dirty and also had "stuff" on it that should have been vacuumed up. The tile leading to the restrooms was extremely dirty as were the restrooms. The paper towel holder was broken too. We were pleased with the food and service, but not the condition of the restaurant.

We came into a somewhat empty restaurant and had to wait about 2 minutes before someone appeared to seat us. We waited just a few more minutes before he asked us for our drink order, and then he disappeared. After several more minutes (no drinks), two other parties were seated in the two booths to the left and the right of us. Within a few minutes, both other parties had their orders taken and their drinks delivered, but we still had neither. Finally the server (not present when we were seated) came to take our order, and we said we were unhappy with the wait. She said the original person was "gone" and she was just taking requests "in order". We placed our order, including a change in the original drink order, which didn't seem to be an issue since no drinks had arrived and she didn't know of any that had been ordered. As she was finishing taking our order, the first person appeared with our original drink order, so we simply accepted them (except the tea, which was different from what we ordered). It was an inordinate wait for the meals themselves, but the food was good and the server was pleasant. We were seated before 10:00 pm and still didn't have our food at 10:35 pm

It was the Fourth of July and we stopped in for a late lunch. The restaurant was somewhat busy, but very understaffed. We were seated quickly at probably the only clean table in the place. It took Shelly a long time to wait on us and even longer for the food to arrive. Shelly was very calm and managed as best she could. The food was also very good when it came. I counted only 2 servers working the whole restaurant. Dirty dishes and tables were everywhere. I wonder why the staffing was so low.....that is not fair to your employees or to your customers. We eat at this Sharis as regulars; usually staffing is good. However, this holiday, Sharis did not meet our expectations due to not enough staffing.

Server did not refill water glass at all; had to ask for a refill on the iced tea. Did not ask if I wanted dessert. I paid for the meal with credit card and left $1 tip on the table. I parked directly in front the table I sat at. When I left the building I saw him go over to the table and pick up the dollar and leave the table without clearing it. He is only interested in getting money and not interested in providing good service. Mediocre dining experience at best. Can't support paying almost $20 for a meal to get that kind of service. It was just late enough that other restaurants were closed. I didn't have a choice. Next time I'll just drive home.
