The hostess was very friendly and enthusiastic. She was the only person that was helpful. The children's meal did not look like the picture and my 3 year old daughter noticed. The waitress brought the food but never checked in to see if the food was alright. She didn't bring us silverware, we had to get it from another empty table. She didn't bring us water. She brought us the check before we were done ordering. The biggest issue is that my 3 year old daughter wanted to bring her pancakes home. She didn't eat any at the restaurant. We got a to go box and she was carrying it to the register when she tripped and dumped them on the floor. She was upset. I (not the 2 staff members that saw it) picked up the mess and threw it away. Then went to pay. I told the person at the register what happened even though she just saw the whole thing. Noone offered to get my daughter a replacement meal or discount the ticket. I ended up ordering a muffin pie to console my daughter. Still no comment from the 2 staff members that saw the whole thing.

1) my husbands order was not correct , he had to send back and wait for corrected order while we all ate 2) my salad was Not Fresh, sent back and got replacement 3) for a shrimp and noodles I 'd expect larger shrimp and maybe 30 percent more? It was pretty skimpy for $11.99 and small portion of noodle. The sauce was good however. Temperature not steaming hot. My husbands dish also not hot . The server did offer us a compensation for all the "problems" we encountered. A pie. Which I thought was ok, but were not big pie eaters, but I picked out one anyway. It would of been better to do as most restaurants do, and take the dinner in question off the bill. This would of been much more acceptable. If I didn't like pie, then the offer isn't that great is it??

The waiter was not at all knowledgable of the menu. My husband and I both ordered senior menu pancakes. The waiter did not know if it came with any sides. I then ordered a side of sausage and my husband ordered a side of hash brown potatoes. When my meal arrive I had two Luke warm over cooked pancakes and ONE sausage. When I questioned why one sausage the waiter said that's what it comes with. I assumed that meant it was included in the price. But the bill came and we were charged $1.69 for "add hon sausage". When I questioned the waiter he said " yes it is ludicrous but a side is one sausage". I have never received a side of sausage with just one and I have never paid $1.69 for one sausage. Not very happy.

salmon was undercooked

First I waited at least 15/20 mins after being seated to be waited on. She got held up at the register.I ordered the smoked salmon eggs benedict. It came without the capers. I mentioned this. The waitress said they did not have capers and came back with something like wasabi smeared on top. Saying that was how it was served. I mentioned that capers were on the menu. After twenty mins she came back with a small dish of capers and left me to scrape off the wasabi which had permeated the hollandaise sauce. Wile eating it I sustained a fit of painful indigestion which seemed like an allergy attack. The taste was horrendous, I felt sick and un able to finish it. An off-hand apology was all that was said or done. Terrible service in a restaurant I usually like although not this location.

to night I went to sharis for dinner . it is close to my home . I order a stake with baker and shrimp and a salad and a drink . then I was told thy had no bakers and no grilled shrimp I had to go with mashed potato and deep fryed shrimp . there was one waitress and a hostess . at this time I will not go back .

Multiple things incorrect when our order was delivered, drinks were wrong & had to ask 4 times for a refill for my daughter. My Cuban same how turned into a club sandwich. Our friend who joined us, her sandwich came wrong and the Server argued that it wasn't wrong, we just didn't order the right thing. Took a 1/2 full drink I was drinking off the table, when I brought it to her attention she acted if she had done nothing wrong and never apologized. The absolute WORST service I've ever had at a shari's. We don't live in that area and drove over a hour to take a friend to dinner, then didn't even get to enjoy the meal, by the end I was so frustrated we didn't even order dessert which we had planned on going in. When it was time to pay the server was our cashier she informed us that "she took that sandwich that was wrong off of the bill" when I asked which one she said "oh the club" I didn't order a club I ordered a Cuban that I was charged for. Very disappointed

There was about 3 customers in the restaurant and it took from order time to receive our food about 50 minutes! I ordered a Swiss mushroom burger with ground turkey instead of beef...I got the regular turkey burger with an extra charge for mushrooms! Dinner hour at this location is in major need of help!

Right when we walked in, we made eye contact with a waitress, in which she looked away. She did not greet us until a few minutes to finally tell us "take a seat anywhere and I will bring the menus to you." (The sign said "please wait to be seated"). We sat down and another waiter asked "are you just here for desserts?" We were there to eat, obviously. He then grabbed us some menus and then asked "what do you want to drink?" in a slightly aggressive way. It took awhile for him to come back and take our order. We ordered our dinner with SHAKES. The whole time we were waiting for our food, our shakes never came out. We were watching both the waitress and waiter talk to other customers and ignore our shakes. I seen our food sit under the heat lamp while the waiter passed it three times. He finally brings us our food and ask's if we needed anything else. "Yes, we are just missing our shakes." He said he forgot and will make them now. We ended up not getting our shakes until after I was finished with my food. I was so uncomfortable with the whole situation and the vibe I was getting from these people, I had to leave to wait in the car while my partner waited for the check.

I came in to pick up a pie. The manager was at the cash register and I had to say something to her then she told me to "hold on" then I ask for a pie she got the pie and said last one. Then a customer asked where the bathroom was and she seemed very put out by this question. The said down the hall. She never once smiled and just got upset with employees and customers. I understand no one likes working Christmas by if she is there I will just walk out. She is not friendly and dose not seem to like to interact with customers.
