Refer back to the food description. I would expect to pay that much for better prepared meal at other restaurants

I stated most already. We had a group of 10, they pointed us in the direction of where to go after seeming stressed to have a group come in, and then we waited longer than we should have for anyone to come to our table. It wad downhill from there. I don't normally complain and try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this was one of the worse dining experiences I have had. I told the waitress it was my niece's birthday before we ordered (her 9th) and she told us she'd "get to that later". She never did, but by the time we realized nothing was going to happen, we just wanted to pay and leave. It took a long time for us to order (the restaurant wasn't busy and this was around 6 pm, so dinnertime), LOTS of items were gone (types of pies, CELERY?!, onion rings...). Our food took a long while to arrive, we didn't get ice in our water (but the ONE table by us did, so ice wasn't one of the items that "ran out". Everyone who had ordered bacon had burnt bacon. I couldn't eat mine and just picked it out of my sandwich. The fries weren't good. Only one person said her meal was good and it was a kids' breakfast (not the bday girl's though). :(

Ordered nachos and steak. Steak was undercooked and wasn't supposed to have onions but did. Nachos didn't have guacamole and the cheese wasn't fully melted. Server mixed up our order when placed on the table. Pie shake was very liquidy and when asked why, the manager and server tried to convince me that the acidity of the zest broke down the ice cream.... Which is a complete lie. We had to repeatedly ask for water and finally got some after our food finally came and never got any refills or got checked on at all after our food came. Had to wave down the manager for our check and a different server for a Togo box.

I ordered the prime rib and expected it to be med rare, the dinner arrived and it was cold and over done. I tasted it and it was TOUGH as leather besides being cold and over cooked. I ordered a side dinner salad and the lettuce was tough and had not been washed since it was gritty to the taste.
