Oh my goodness, words can not express how wonderful your team members were, especially Michelle, who is absolutely amazing. This is my first time to Shari's and oh yes I will go out of my way to visit your location. Location close to PDX ~ I currently reside in Vancouver WA and yes shall highly recommend your restaurant. Excellent service and overall experience

We always enjoy eating at this Shari's - mostly because of the prompt service, good food, and the friendly banter with the waiter, Zack, whom we ALWAYS ask for. All the waiters & waitresses there are good, but Zack is the VERY BEST !!!

Dan was a great server. We never had to ask for drink refills, she always anticipated them. She was very friendly and took the time to make sure our needs were met. When another employee was having a problem cashing us out due to a coupon Dan quickly came up and helped out so we could be on our way quicker.

Attention of staff...promptness and they helped me figure out my phone cause i son't do well on my new smartphone.

We were greeted promptly by friendly attentive staff. Our waitress was friendly and genuine. Not like some that are fake and act like your wasting their time when your not ready to order. Our waitress' name is Racheal from Airport Way location in PDX Oregon. I hope shes clocked in at Sharis next time im hungry and in the neighborhood. Shes gonna be my favorite waitress in no time!!
