they are always nice and fast. I will be picking up pie orders three times this week. when i eat lunch there, I like their pick 3 lunch specials. tastes good and is prepared quickly.

Our server Racheal was extremely polite and was spot on with our needy orders! She is a A+ all the way! Thanks Racheal!!

After several weeks of not seeing my sons because of transportation issues , we made our usual breakfast tradition on Saturday morning at the PDX Shari's. Michelle, Zack, and the other staff were very warm and inviting. It made us feel missed.

Your employee Zachrie, is excellent. Friendly, courteous, fast, checks back often, just an overall enjoyable experience and all because our server was the way he was. We observed not only his attitude towards us, but how he cared for all of his tables, stepped in to help cover other servers, greeted customers, worked the register, all at the same time. Most excellent employee who made our experience a true pleasure. We will return and request him.

Staff was very friendly and talkative. We had a great time.

They were extremely busy. They still managed to keep tables clean and served people in a timely manner, considering how busy it was. My order was taken quickly and the server still managed to check on me periodically in spite of how extremely busy they were. Good experience.

Kristina was very professional, quick, engaging and shared her joy of her favorite menu item at Shari's. She was all about promoting Shari's and sharing how much she enjoys the customers. She was delightful. I will request her again!

Zack, my waiter, was very friendly and professional. He made sure my coffee was always full. The entire restaurant had a nice feel.
