Excellent service! Excellent food!

We were visiting from Wisconsin. This restaurant was recommended by our hotel, Staybridge Suites and it far exceeded our expectations. Most importantly, our waitress, Dee Dee, was the best waitress we've had in our travels. Knowledgeable, energetic, attentive, and fun, she made our entire experience a joyful one. She very obviously loves her job and should be commended for her enthusiasm, expertise, and professionalism.

Racheal was an outstanding server. She connected very well with the entire group. Her attention to detail and customer service was outstanding.

Just pleased.

The waitress was totally cooperative when my guest and I wanted to share the triple lunch, and we were to share the one piece of pie, so she gave an extra large piece. Then we became aware we needed to get to the airport, so she brought us a pie box to go. Also she boxed and bagged the whole pie my friend wanted to take on board the plane, and she texted later they did allow the pie on the plane!!! Very unusual I thought! Waitress was totally helpful, and had been 4 days earlier when I took my guest out for breakfast after picking her up at the airport. Waitress remembered us. :)

Food was good. My server Kymberly was excellent. And the price was fair.

Our food server, Austin, was very friendly and courteous. In addition, we appreciated his attentiveness to our needs such as asking us if we needed more soda or water and asking us if our food was okay. Having great service is a primary concern for us when we dine out and we certainly received that from Austin. Thank you!!

Have eaten at Shari's for years, the first time at your Laramie location after 9/11. No planes were flying, everyone had to rent cars and hit the road...was like finding an oasis in the desert. Shari's will always have a warm place in my heart! The food and service has been consistently great!
