We had the best server ever. She was friendly, prompt and caring. My steak was way over done and she seemed truly concerned and rectified the problem immediately. She went out of her way to make our dining experience a good one.

The food is always great! I love the menu and the senior menu. But the SERVICE was over the top! Amber, Kim, and Zack were like synchronized swimmers, it was a joy to watch them handle a pretty good crowd of Hungary customers. Especially backed up by Andy and the manager! Best breakfast in town! ANYTOWN!

Our waitress Racheal was very sweet and attentive. The food was delicious and appetite pleasin portions at an affordable price. We will definitely fine at Shari's in the future.

I ordered my steak XX well done and it was the way I requested for the first time!!!!!!!!!!!

It was easy to place my order. Order taker was friendly. Pie was ready when I went to pick it up.

Holy cow! Could we please just clone JulietL a few times and have her clones come and work for us? Our customers would all be happy and our business would boom. After a grueling day of flying across the country and the car rental company losing our reservation, we came to Shari's Pies, and we were greeted and served by Juliet who was truly hospitable. Her care was authentic, her joy was infectious, and the food she recommended was delectable. We could have stayed in that fun, comfortable bubble for hours if we hadn't been so tired. We will definitely be back this week and we'll have something to look forward to and recommend to friends when future PDX travel opportunities arise.
