Thomas did a fine job in every respect.

The waiter was exceptional. I had BETTER service than some 5 star restaurants I've been to.

Our server was Kristina at the Airport way location. She was very nice. She made sure our order was correct just as we ordered. She has awesome customer skills. We enjoyed our meal at Shari's and will come back again!

The food was accurately prepared and the service was great. We're always happy to have Deb as our server because she takes care of us.

Just a great little place.

Having been a life-long visitor to Shari's, I was delighted to find this one so near my home when I moved here about 2 years ago. While all other establishments, Shari's or otherwise, have their ups and downs, I have yet to have a bad experience at this particular store. Tonight, when I am seeing my parents off on their holiday travels, the restaurant is warm, inviting, and Racheal is attantive and friendly, bringing us coffee at once because we obviously needed it, and offering all the right sauces with my mozzarella sticks! Thank you Racheal, thank you Shari's! Merry Christmas!

I have had a stroke. I am not able to use my right arm and hand. The waitress cut up some prime rib for me!

We were tired after a long airplane ride and cold after landing in an ice storm. The hot coffee, soup and pie were just what we needed !
