Shari's

It was Highly Satisfied because of the excellent customer service from our server 351975 Zackrey! He was very nice, courteous and fun! Being in the customer service field it is so wonderful to come across someone with a wonderful attitude such as Zackrey when you are having a not to good of a day. He seems to really enjoy his job and would definitely come back especially during his shift! Go Zackrey!

Mary was great...she has a beautiful smile!!! Keep up the good work.

Our server was great. The food was hot and tasted great. Service was fast.

We had a large party the waitress was cool and collected and did her best to make each of us satisfied. It was a pleasant meal. We will definitely be back.

this particular shari's is one of our favorites...we like the existing décor, with the high booths that let us have a bit a privacy while we are there... we do not, however, like the new look that shari's is being putting in ... there is absolutely no privacy while one is dining.. and there is always the possibility of little kids irritating when one is dining. a smart thing to do, might be to put up a "wood" headrest between the booths... then one might not feel like they are dining in a cheap, greasy-spoon type of eatery...

Amber was such a fantastic waitress!!! So friendly and attentive. She made out experience here out of this world. Don't lose her :)

Our server's name is Kristina. When I came in for a morning meeting, instead of thinking of breakfast I thought of pie, and asked the server near the pie case if they had Key Lime Pie. She said she thought so, but would check. She went into the back and I went to my table. She tracked me down to let me know they did. That person was Kristina. It was a busy Saturday morning, and the extra effort was great, but the quality of service didn't stop there. I asked her if they still had Key Lime Shakes, and she perked up and asked if I wanted to take one home for my wife. Great idea, so we did. Throughout our meeting, Kristina was silently attending our needs at the table, so much so, that we will remember her for next time. Great asset to your restaurant. BTW: Last time we were at the same location another server was a stand out. Amber. She also took care of all our needs very professionally. This is our favorite Shari's Thanks for taking such good care of us.

whenever we have to make a trip to the Portland airport we get to treat ourselves with a visit to Sharis next to I-5. Always fast and friendly service.

Jarrod was exceptional as always he was friendly, knowledgeable, and above all he has great customer service. We appreciate his help and his great service.

Zackrey's customer service was superior to any that I have ever encountered. I tried to get him to come and work for the place I work at. (sorry) :) But his attitude and care were spot on
