The server was fairly new, she had to be reminded about the dressing for the salad. She was bubbly but not paying attention to writing the order down correctly. She had to have a male employee put the information into the computer. The main problem was the steak my daughter in law ordered. It was barely seared on the outside and rare in the middle. She had asked that it be dark on the outside and medium in the center. She could not take a bite of it, we got a to go box and she took it home to cook and eat. It was gross trying to eat my salad when she had red blood running all over her plate, including the potatoes and gravy. Luckily she ordered a salad or she would have had no lunch. The waitress did not offer to substitute veggies when told my daughter in law did not like peas and they were in the veggie mixture.

Food was barely warm.

Eggs were not cooked as ordered - server was going to take whole plate to fix so declined , then asked if they could just bring eggs on plate - of which happened . Meal was lukewarm when recieved was afraid it would be cold if took plate . Service was ok but not top . In regards to that problem . Either all there or not at all .

too busy, not enough employees, charged for drink not ordered. that was removed after brought to the attention of waitress. but argued that we ordered it. one person left before we ordered, so only one order taken. not a total loss but could have been better.

No real reason. Everything was great

Baked potato not available. ordered mashed which i don't like. arrived without any dressing.

The tater tots looked a little sad and were warm but not hot.

The pie didn't look like the picture. The flavor was bland. It was Black Forest.

I mean...it was fine. It's Sharis. The biscuits and gravy weren't great, but what do you expect from a place that has about 100 things on the menu? It would be kinda weird to recommend it to a friend... The waiter was awesome though. Nice guy, helpful, attentive, but not annoying. Winning combo...

Because some things were just satisfied. Menu prices are higher than Denny’s and Elmer’s. Honored citizen age should be 55!!!
