My co-worker and I were satisfied. The only issue we faced was that John wasn't very pleasant. When asked "Can I help you with anything else?" My co-worker responded with "Just a smile please" because he didn't show gratified to be working.

It mainly has to do with my situation. My view on life right now currently gets in the way of things. Everyone did an outstanding job.

One meal was great the other was not as expected.

To be Highly satisfied everything would have to be perfect and the associates walk on water.

The food was great (fried Chicken) but the veggies were cold. The server was nice, but walked pass my table the first 10 mins or so.

I am satisfied. Kymberly provided excellent service even thought it was very busy

The food was just warm and very slow. But it was busy. Not enough staff to help the amount of customers. But I love Sharis.

We love the 2 for $25 special. We will likely go back again because of the special. However, there is absolutely no ad in the menu (like an insert) to detail what are the selections for the special. And our waitress was very confused with the sides offered with the special. We also had to wait a long time at the cashier to pay for our bill.

Dan is an amazing server. Anytime we sit in her section I know she will take care of us. She is very attentive. I never have to ask for drink refills and she is always concerned that our dining experience is a positive one.
