Food good

I was unsatisfied with my visit because the waitress rushed us to take our order and when we told her we werent ready she had an attitude. Then she disappeared for a long time and ignored our attemps to get her attention. When i went to pay, she didnt give me the chance to give my phone number for the rewards program so i missed out on points.

The salad greens were discolored. I couldn't log into my Shari's Club Card.

We always enjoy the food and pie

Brought a cup of soup Instead of a bowl as ordered. Quickly resolved in a gracious manner.

I have more than $100 in my Sharis card so you know I am a regular. I thought it was cheap of your company when I asked for a burger without a bun and some fruit. There were three little slices of melon and 8 blue berries and there was an upcharge of $1.00 for the fruit. Kind of cheap on your part but it is business.

The waiter was not overly pleasant, but very attentive. It takes a little longer to get our food than I would have liked. Overall it was a good experience.

Bacon was cold and overcooked. Congealed grease on it. Servers were super friendly. Not sure why, but we had 4 different people serve us and take parts of our order......

New waitress learning the menu and other processes. There were some delays and we expected that as she warned us of being new. It took a little longer than average to have drinks served and the order to be taken. Again we expected this as this was a new waitress. No problems with the food.

We had a new waitress, which we are okay with considering we came in off rush hour times. The salad ordered came with the specially requested tomatoes but there was little or no dressing. Later asked the waitress to have a side order of dressing which was promptly delivered but did not complain for the lack of dressing. It took longer than average for the food to arrive as well as the order to be taken but we knew this may happen with a new waitress. The Arnold Palmer was refilled but only with ice tea. The delays were ameliorated when the waitress offered a free slice of pie. Overall - satisfied.
