The staff were great! The eggs were quite undercooked, which is unusual because they are typically overcooked. Cooking eggs is an art & can be very difficult, but I consistently explain how I like them for that reason.

The Shrimp Benedict looked and tasted good, but there were no big shrimp on top like in the Email photo.

I think the food was a little dry and the pretzel bun was almost too hard.

Took too long to get served. Waitress had to check on our food and talk to the cooks. Second person asked what we wanted for beverage. Shari's had been quite busy prior to our arrival, but not busy when we were seated. May be that our timing was bad. Noticed it was at the end of shift for our waitress.

It was pretty busy I could tell, but it seemed a little disorganized.

We came in to have the T-Bone meal, and they were out of the steaks. So, we started our visit with disappointment! This is a hardship for us because there are very few places we can go out to eat. ( we eat in the Paleo way. )

I was well satisfied with all the things you have asked about. However, I still think your 'free pie' Wednesdays could be better. The value between a classic pie and the gourmet pies is not $1.00 per slice different. I agree that perhaps they should not all be 'free', you are providing a gift, and my dad loves it. However, I feel that you are price gouging by charging a whole dollar more for the slices. If you bought the whole pie, would only be between one and three dollars more expensive than the classic ones. Since you cut the pies into six pieces, you are functionally doubling your profit per slice, if not more. It is quite irritating that A) you changed it at all B) that you seem to be trying to make up the costs by overcharging elsewhere. It isn't a gift if you do that. It is just rude. Also, you should re-implement the ability to answer these surveys by phone. By removing that option you are discriminating against people that chose to live their life offline. I have borrowed a computer to tell you this, so I hope you are listening.
