We waited for quite a while to be seated and the restaurant really wasn't that busy. Seemed like they were most likely understaffed. This usually isn't the case. Also my eggs were barely warm. Other than that everything was fine.

we were seated quickly enough. it was just a little wait to place our orders. other then that, staff was friendly and attentive after we received our food and drinks. Really did like the fact that I did not have to ask for a refill on my water. Means a lot to me when dining in.

Sold out of food wanted

The only thing that was "outstanding" was our server, Zachrey!! Everything else was "pretty good".

The service was not good. I did not get coffee, and it seemed as if the waitress forgot. Then when I got the food, the temperature of some of it was not good. My hash-browns were tepid, not hot, and the bacon was done just right, but it too wasn't very hot. Also, I did not think the price was correct. I thought it was supposed to be less.

The only complaint was that it took a while for anyone to acknowledge us waiting to be seated. Finally a server, told someone in a coffee station that we were there waiting.

Austin our waiter was AWESOME ,the food was good. The problem I would say is that your coffee is VERY overpriced, most other restraints aren't this expensive. I eat at Shar's in many locations , I would recommend them in every other way!!!You have a great worker in AUSTIN

The Berry Smoothie- out of berries so a powdered mix was used. Flavor was lacking. If a Smoothie is out of fresh fruit then item should be not offered.
