Shari's

For me to be highly satisfied I would have to have had a five star experience - sorry - Shari's is not five star. It was good but I am used to eating at some very fine restaurants so that is what I compare other restaurants to. The Shari's I went to was what I wanted at the time...it was late at night, I did not want a big meal and I wanted to go somewhere close to the hotel. I have no complaints...it just was not five star - and I was not expecting that anyway.

The restaurant was short staffed and as a result the kitchen was backed up and it took longer than it should

Slow to be seated

Potatoes were so crisp they were very hard to eat.

My Caesar salad had old tasting crouton's and the overall freshness of the salad could have been better. The young man who processed my check was not aware of the process for deducting my free slice of birthday pie from the total. After standing at the register with people waiting behind me for 3 or 4 minutes He finally had to get the manager who cleared it up in 5 seconds. This is the second time in a row I have had issues checking out.

I am a high repeat customers and I like to get a spot near a electrical plug if it is available. I need to be recognized as a guy that shows up often for a few weeks ago quarter at various locations.

Not dissatisfied although the major shrinkage of the menu was surprising and disappointing for sure. Several of our favourite items are gone. We were a bit taken a back by being asked to pay before we were ready to leave. I enjoy playing the lottery for a while and that's never happened before. (NOT the server's fault) The meal and service met our expectations for this Shari's.

It seemed that it took a lot longer to receive our food that it usually does. We were in a back corner and I think that they sometimes forget that we are there. we go to Sharis's a lot and most of the time we are satisfied with our service. Last night they did not seem that busy to have our food take much longer.

Customer service has always been a hard thing for Sharis it seems.Would be nice to finally see it branch out in that direction one of these days. Also, the food is very good, but the drinks were mediocre. And the pie was good, but could be great.

Wife mentioned the taste was rather bland.
