Coffee not hot enough

Our server Dan was totally awesome!! She was very friendly, quick, knowledgeable, and funny! :) Everything was great, however the temperature in the restaurant itself was very cool, which made me uncomfortable even with a sweatshirt on over my clothing. Otherwise, all was great. :) Thank you Dan for a great Shari's experience!!! Dan deserves a raise!!!!!

The inside of the French toast was soggy and too many bell peppers where used in the omelet

Everything was great, just wasnt overly amazing is all. It was still good and I would come back.

My complaint is not with the local restaurant, but with the promotions that are put on the account that I was not able to redeem..ie. stuffed hashbrowns and/or the the 50% off the second entre. I guess they must have expired on the 16th?? and we were there on the 17th.

The coffee was weak. The waitress gladly replaced it. The Senior Honors steak was a bit tiny. But, the grilled vegetables were very nice.

Needed more help.

Ordered steak medium rare and it was well done -- due to Dan being the only server on the floor, it would have taken way to long to get her attention, explain, have it returned, etc.

All in all it was a very good visit. The server was very helpful and friendly, the food was good and the restroom was clean. I did feel a bit rushed to make choices, but I am use to that because I usually take a while to order. I would come to this Shari's again in the future.
