I ordered bacon and pancakes. Your kitchen could have pretended to heat the bacon. My bacon was NOT cooked for my order. It was NOT even put on the grill or microwave to heat it up. Your pancakes are really nasty. Too thick, too sweet or it was the thick nasty syrup. My husband is vegan so he had hash browns with whatever veggies were available in the kitchen. Can't really mess that up. Thick heavy pancakes are not fun to eat and you eat less. The syrup tasted like the old Alaga syrup from my childhood. NOT GOOD. I know good maple syrup is expensive but there has to be a happy medium. No need to add sugar or vanilla to pancake mix. Check out some recipes from places that specialize in pancakes. (especially near all those hotels) Breakfast Utopia. BACON JUST BAD heat it up.

We were not asked if we needed a refill on our coffee. It was slightly cold when we received it.

It was satisfied with the service.

The omlet seemed small and the quantity of the filling was less than expected. It seemed a bit lack luster but was adequate.

We arrived at 1:00 Sunday, with others in group arriving by 1:15. Our order was not taken until 20 min. till 2;00. (There was 5 of us) As I gave the waitress my check and payment, I told her I had your card, and she said to get it and she would take care of crediting me. (I have forgotten to give it when paying about 5 times.) When I handed it to her, she said she was sorry but I had to give it to her when paying, so it could not be credited now.

My dad and I go to Sharis on Wednesdays for the 'free pie' promotion. We enjoy the service, especially Rhonda who always serves us. She is great! The reason I was not highly satisfied with this, and a fair few other visits, is the change you made to your pies. I always get the Sour Cream Lemon pie, it was fantastic. However, you have changed the pie and it now has weird candy 'decorations' on it. They are gross! The little, fake, gummy lemon is absolutely disgusting. I usually have to scoop it, and a fair size bite out of my pie because it contaminates the portion it is sitting on. The candy flakes are not much better. I do not feel they add to the pie at all and you should go back to the original version, decorated only with whip topping. It is pretty enough that way, and more delicious. Secondly, you should keep the phone in option for these surveys. You are discriminating against people who chose not to maintain an online presence. I am borrowing a computer now to tell you so. Please restart this because I do not appreciate my opinion to be requested, then ignored, simply because I do not own an internet capable device. Please amend this if you value an adequate opinion pool.
