Shari's

They were very busy so understandable the food would take a little longer. Out of 4 pie flavors we were going to purchase for the classic 7.99 promotion so did not end up taking a pie to go. This Sharis frequently is out of our first few choices of pie flavors. During family celebrations, holidays, etc... have had to go to other locations.

It's a quick and easy meal for family

We didn't really have a server, just a greeter that seated my husband (I was meeting him there). She took the order as he knew what we both wanted. Food was served quickly, it was warm and good however we didn't see a server only once to fill water. We waited for our bill, watched every one work. I finally looked over at few of the ladies talking by the cash register and one of them looked up and I heard her say "looks like "table #" needs help" but she didn't bother coming over. Finally a lady with dark hard and a walking disability came over, she was a delight. She brought my pie to go and got us our bill, she had just came on shift. We don't plan on coming back but on the plus side i was on my lunch and I got my lunch quickly.

It took too long to get seated, too long to get service, too long to get food. Took 20 minutes after we ordered for the waitress to come back and tell us that they were out of the soup we ordered. Waitress was very nice (Rebecca B #352048) but everyone was a bit hassled and uncoordinated. When seated, the hostess took our drinks order, but about 5 minutes later, our waitress came and we had to do it all over again. By the time we got our food, the restaurant was almost all empty -- it shouldn't have taken so long for ours to come to our table if everyone else was already served and/or finished. Rebecca tried very hard and was very nice.

my daughter and I went to Shari's and we ordered the seniors, sirloin steak for daughter, she is developmentally disabled and so I asked to have her steak cut up before it was brought to us. When we received our order, her steak was not cut and when I asked the waitress for a steak knife, she said I'd have to wait till one came out of the dishwasher. I said I asked for the steak to be cut before it was brought out, if that had been done we won't need a knife. She walked off, and came back probably 3 minutes later and said we'd receive "free pie" to make up for the inconvenience. Also, I ordered grilled salmon with grilled veggies and mashed potatoes. When our orders came out there were no mashed potatoes. So between both problems, it was very frustrating.

Clubhouse sandwich was pretty bland. Also this location needs more staff at night. There was one server (plus the manager) to handle the entire restaurant so we were not take care of well. Had to find someone to get drink refills and asked for a dessert menu but it took too long for the server to come back and take our dessert order so we just left.

1. They ran out of veggie burgers and didn't tell us for about 15 minutes. 2. Pancakes were pretty but very soggy and bland. 3. No vegetarian food available for dinner so husband had to order grilled cheese off of the lunch menu. Sandwich was about 4 inches square -- size for a child but priced 9.99! 4. Never gave us cocktail sauce or diet syrup for pancakes. Husband had to get up and go to the cook to ask for it. 5. Pleasant server but not terrific service.

The turkey burger was very dry

The food was good.The service was great other than our waitress didn't seem to have a good attitude.When she gave us the check she had given us the wrong check.

We were seated by I assume a manager (tall male). He seated us and dropped off the menus then left. Normally the person seating you asks about beverages so he had to wait to order beverages. I ordered the center cut New York steak and it had a huge amount of fat around the edges that when cut off took a large amount of the steak with it. In addition the steak was undercooked. Finally I attempted to order the new pumpkin pie on the menu but was told it was not available.
