Waited all week for your new strawberry pie and after are meals were done we were told they were all out of strawberry pie.We only went tonight to try the strawberry pie.

We had to ask for water a couple times, had to remind server or drinks not delivered, had to ask to have utinsels to eat with, there was sticky food stuck to table, ham for lunch sandwich was just think sliced lunch meet, marble rye bread was thin sliced dried out and fell apart while I was eating sandwich, cashier didn't ask how our meal was. service was exceedingly slow tho the restaurant did not seem crowded

Long wait to get a table even though it wasn't that busy. Ordered salad without croutons due to wheat allergy but salad came with croutons had to send it back. Hashbrowns and eggs were sitting in a pool of oil/grease on my wifes plate. My beer battered cod pieces were not cooked properly the pieces were allowed to join together thus causing the batter to not get cooked where the pieces were connected. very nasty

Once I place my order and received my food, the waiter ignored me until it was time to get my check. He also didn't ask if I wanted dessert, which I did, but had to get at the register. Had he asked if my food was alright, I would have said that the fries were undercooked and tasteless.

The server was very polite and courteous. The problem was the hashbrowns, cold and very undercooked. I could not discuss this with my server, she was very busy with other tables and did not check back with me until my dinner break was almost over and I needed to get back to work. Your cinnamon roll was very dried out and no frosting on it.

When we arrived we stood there for 5 minutes before we were welcomed stood around waiting to be seated with a bunch of empty tables staff was very unorganized our waitress Michelle was very friendly n helpful unfortunately our food was cold n had no flavor my husnands food had hair in it this is the second time last time he came in food was in his hair Definetly won't come back to this sharis not a good Valentine's day brunch experience for us at all

The lunch trio portions were very small. Felt like a rip off for the amount of food I received. I would never order this again.

I had the fish and chips, the fish was so greasy it was non edible. Never did see anyone to tell them.

Cold food.... Hard bread and biscuits.. Food is not consistent between cooks nothing is the same when we order it on different visits..... Eggs were almost not cooked when ordered over medium ......coffee cold in the pot ......this visit is not the Shari's I expect
