Shari's

The veggies were overcooked and not fresh. The steak was fresh but overcooked. Overall, the food was poorly prepared. The server did a good job, and sincerely expressed regret about the lack of food quality. In NO way, do I blame the server for the problem!!! The manager/supervisor expressed concern appropriately, and offered to provide more veggies and a free pie. Those offers were nice gestures and appreciated, however, the poor food quality ruined the dining experience for me. I have dined in this Sharis on numerous occasions. This visit was by far the worst. As a result, I may not choose to dine at this Shari's again! VERY DISAPPOINTED.

There is not enough characters to truly depict my experience. Overall, our server was rude and not considerate. My guests i was treating were from out of town, English being a secondary language. Our server did not try to help explain the menu or options. She just said no. I explained multiple things including what the types of steaks were. I ended up paying for a NY when they said they were out and could give us a sirloin or Tbone instead. The bathroom was a mess, no toilet paper. An employee did come to clean up but did not wash his hands before leaving and returning to the restroom. He was however the nicest person I encountered there.

I was satisfied with my experience

Your waitress was in the restricted area when I came in and said hello 3 times. She sitted me and then took her sweet time getting my drinks and taking my order which she over chagred me a stuff pototaes which came with my order to begin with. I was then given my cold food and runny gravy and burnt bacon. I am really dissappointed with Shari's I go there all the time at least I use too. I really don't know if I am willing to put up with this kind of service and spend my hard eared money. Please send me a free breakfast meal that comes with eggs, bacon , stuffed potatoes and gravy and toast. Let me give it another try. We both ordred the Shari's Sampler. I ordered crispy bacon and received limp bacon. We both felt like our pancakes tasted like they had been delivered precooked to the restaurant and heated in the microwave. Hashbrowns were still cold. I'm pretty sure the pancake syrup was supposed to be maple, but I'm not sure what it was. It was very dark in color and had a different flavor. We didn't say anything because we didn't want to make the cook mad and have our order come back worse than the first time. The coffee was really good though. However, there was a McDonald's and Burger King closer to our hotel. We left Shari's feeling we would've gotten a better meal at a fast food establishment.

Found a white hair in my sons meal. Gross. The manager apologized and walked away. I asked the waitress and she took it off our receipt.The manager at airport way #218 Andy was on shifted at this time. She may be manager but does do the job of manager. The waitress Kristina 345779 was amazing. I liked her in this situation was alot of help.

1. stood and waited for 15 minutes before greeted 2. after greeted took 10 min before seated - no others waiting & wasn't busy 3. after seated it took 12 min. before we ordered drinks we ordered drinks and food at that time. 4. 27 min,. later we received or food & BOTH food orders were wrong 5. 15 minutes later we had are correct order 6. In total time we were in and out in 1 1/2 hrs.

will it took them 2 min to seat us 5 min to ask us what we wanted to drink cook had a bad att our water spent more time with his wife and daughter that were in there eating got the breakfast sampler x 2 and it was like we were getting one plate for us to share i took a pic of this 11.00 dollor dinner that was a kids meal and he said sorry but thats all weighed out for porshens it looks small because we had our baseball pnacakes on a different plate lmao we will not go back to this store and we had to ask for our pie coffee was hot

Our server's name was Mary. We had to ask for drink refills. She was not friendly and not very attentive at all. I asked for a banana split and was told that the restaurant was out of bananas.

When we finally got a waitress to take our order she was rude and harassed me about my emotional support animal even though I had valid documentation to have her with me. When we received our food it was overcooked and the waitress argued with us that it was cooked properly after we received our properly cooked food the waitress continued to have an attitude towards us the entire viait
