Great food and smiling friendly service

The staff is very friendly and helpful. If I decide to add an item to a call in order, never a problem. Always very accommodating.

The pot roast was very tender and no grisil. Mashed potatoes yummy! Salad a little limp but tasty. Service good with several water refills . Waiter helpful .

Our sever Dana was amazing! She let us know from the start that the cook was on break and that she would get our food out as soon as it was ready. She promptly took our order and then went and cooked it for us. It came out fast and hot! It is so nice to see someone who cares about her job and the quality of service they provide. We will definitely recommend coming here. Thank you for the great evening out.

I was greeted near the door by a smiling happy face ready to seat me and make me feel comfortable. So many times these days (even previously at different Shari's locations) the staff seems grumpy and not really interested in customer service. Not this time, I had a professional yet friendly Shari's waitress--Mary.

I was seated quickly, and politely. My server was very friendly and attentive, and made my overall visit very pleasant. The food was good, service was great. Definitely will be back.

The staff was very hardworking. This location is busy and I always get my food fast and exactly how I ordered it with no problems!

Satisfaction was enhanced by the server known as Raquel. She is always very efficient, very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and food. The service is alway prompt and accurate. I eat at Sharis every week and sometimes twice a week and I am always amazed at the quality of service given by Raquel.

The service was great, and so was the food. My food was brought out quickly and the server made me feel welcome.
