Shari's

Our server, Brett, is familiar with our likes , and we order pretty much the same items each time, so he is very good at bringing us what we want always alsomaware we may want something different. This time, there was no over fried items as there has happened in the past. Everything went very well.

Our waiter was so friendly, and quick to get our order out. Very upbeat attitude

the server corrected meal problem, but we had a coffee cup that was dirty with lipstick on it. Had to track waitress down to get more coffee in our small pot. had to ask for flavored creamer, it appeared to be an old bowl of creamer left on the table, half empty. New small plates are ridiculous, we will not eat here since you are serving less food on small plates. My quiche was so small I was done eating before the other 4 people at my table. The breakfast sampler was dripping off the side of tiny plate it was served on, we had to ask for extra plates to be able to put syrup on our food. Horrible choice to change plates-not a good value now!!!!

Our server was super friendly and fun! The good was good but the milkshake was not super cold.

Great service and reasonably priced menu. Nice atmosphere and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. My son loves going to your restaurant. It's a little bit more challenging for myself as I am a vegetarian, although I found several options that work well for me (would be happy if you incresesed the number of vegetarian items one day?) . My son was also very pleased that you have sugar-free options for pies! Overall, we always have a very good experience in your restaurant.

We love this server (Dana), she is amazing. We come in every weekend from the other side of town, just to see her. We were disappointed to see that whatever management was there left her to fend for herself. We noticed it wasn't the usual manager, Neicea I think, because she would come out and greet us as normally. We hope she gets back to her previous schedule soon. Its odd that there was no manager (I presume) there last night. We hope on future visits, this issue will be corrected.

Dana has been our regular server for years!!! Tonight we came in to get a pie to go. She didnt have one available so she offered to go in back and make us one. We love this store the staff goes above and beyond for us! Thank you so much for the amazing service and staff. WE LOVE PIE

My family, and I, have been to this Shari's a lot over the years. We are always very satisfied with the staff & management of this location. The food is always great & the service is second to none. Our server, Nicole, was very polite and knew the menu very well. We always have a great time at Shari's.
