Our waitress Nicole was excellent. She was attentive, really nice and thought of things we needed before actually needing them - I love that!

I take my disabled brother to the local Shari's nearly every week. He makes specific requests like black toast and milk instead of cream. The staff are always accommodating and kind and patient. The food is always good and reasonably priced. I noticed that nearly all the staff changed recently, which is unfortunate, but even the new staff were smiling and helpful.

I was seated promptly and courteously. The food was fresh and hot and the hash browns were the best ever.
